Applications: MOLCHLOR® TIN is used in the food industry in trace amounts as an antioxidant and reducing agent to prevent oxidation and maintain color and flavor stability in processed and canned foods. It also functions as a color stabilizer in certain beverages and food systems. Additionally, it is applied as a processing aid in controlled and regulated applications.
